Choose by the power supply on your site first, then by output. On 220 V single-phase power, the WY-KL-125, WY-KL-150, WY-KL-160 and WY-KL-180 cover 60–300 kg/h with 4–5.8 kW copper motors. On 380 V three-phase power, the models in this guide include the WY-KL-210, WY-KL-260, WY-KL-300 and WY-KL-400, rated from 350 to 1250 kg/h with 7.5–32 kW copper motors. Both groups run at 1440 rpm with one die per machine.
220V single phase vs 380V three phase pellet mill
If your site only has 220 V single-phase power, choose from the 220 V group; the largest, the WY-KL-180, is rated at 250–300 kg/h with a 5.8 kW motor. For output above 300 kg/h, move to the 380 V three-phase group, starting with the WY-KL-210 at 350–450 kg/h. The WY-KL190 (5.5 kW, 200–300 kg/h) and the WY-KL230L (11 kW, 300 kg/h) are further 380 V three-phase options.

How much capacity does a small feed pellet mill have
The smallest model in this range, the WY-KL-125, is rated at 60–100 kg/h with a 4 kW motor; the WY-KL-150 is rated at 100–150 kg/h. Output depends on your feed meal, so confirm suitability and output with a trial sample.

Die apertures and pellet length
The 220 V models (WY-KL-125 to WY-KL-180) take dies with 2.5 / 4 / 6 / 8 mm apertures. The WY-KL-210 to WY-KL-400 take 3 / 4 / 6 / 8 mm, and the WY-KL230L has die hole diameters of 3 / 4 / 6 / 8 mm. For the WY-KL190, confirm the die aperture for the selected model. Confirm pellet length for your feed before ordering.
